The Sector 9 Honolua is PERFECT for both Carving and cruising. It has the classic pintail shape most people love for carving and pumping and also has a slight camber to make bigger, harder, and more lively carves whether it's at the road or at the park it's 46" while a little long isn't so much of a problem because you can literally hold the tail and let the wheels on the nose side roll across the ground instead of carrying it, pretty convenient huh?
The Honolua comes with Gullwing trucks, Sector 9 wheels, and Grease Ball bearings. All of which are amazing for carving and cruising, the only thing I would even suggest upgrading would be the bearings, and although Grease Balls will get the job done having a bearing with shields that you can actually clean will hold you off for a good year or two before you even have to consider getting new bearings.
