The soft and cushioning flex not only makes cruising more lively and fun, but dampens road vibrations and makes those notorious potholes feel like notches in the sidewalk. The Drifter is also one of the few sector 9 boards that are truly pump-worthy, and can create enough momentum to keep you in motion without having to push. While you may never have to push once you learn how to pump, it's dropped through making it much easier for pushing, sliding, and gives much more stability at speed compared to a traditional top mount.
